A CRM only works if someone types. Most weeks, nobody types.
The smart lead pipeline is a board that updates when the conversation updates. A new contact joins a sequence — a deal appears. They reply — the card moves. You book a meeting — it lands in Meeting Booked.
You see who is warm. Who is stuck. Who is likely to book this week. No extra data entry.
Two boards, on purpose
Lead pipeline — first contact to booked meeting. This is the one we run for you, and the one Linq AI can forecast.
Sales pipeline — after the meeting, if you want to track the deal to close. You pick the stages. Value is required. You can send a won lead over with one click.
They do not fight. They do not share the same AI. Meetings live on the lead board. Close-work lives on the sales board.
Who it is for
You see your own deals. A manager sees the team. We can work the board with you when we run the workspace.
What you can do
- Watch cards move from Suspect → Prospect → Lead → Hot Lead → Meeting Booked → Follow-up
- Drag a card when you know better than the auto-move
- See unread replies, notes, tasks, and relationship depth on the card
- Open a quick view: the thread, the company, the next step
- Read a week/month strip: “about N meetings likely” — a guess with reasons, not a magic number
- Research a hot lead without leaving the board
- Filter by owner, sequence, persona, last activity, notes, or open tasks
- Send a booked meeting into your sales pipeline when you are ready
How a card gets there
Someone enters a sequence. A deal is created. A reply in the inbox updates the status. You do not copy-paste.
If you snooze a card, it waits. If you add a task, it stays on the card. If you want the euro view of those relationships, open what your network is worth.
What it will not do
Linq AI will not drag a card for you. Client users have a few kind guardrails (a booked meeting needs a real meeting). Internal staff can move more freely. Nobody loses a deal because a robot felt lucky.
After the meeting, the next step is often meetings — prep, score, and keep the promise.
