Your role as Account Manager at The Linq Group
As an Account Manager you will be in direct contact with our clients from various industries. We call them the Linkers! You will be responsible for 20-30 Linkers from different industries, from small businesses to large corporations. Together with the Linkers, you will formulate communication strategies from a relationship-building approach and identify the right target audience to achieve the set goals. By finding the golden combination between these two factors, you know how to create opportunities for our Linkers.
From the onboarding onwards you will be the Linkers‘ buddy and support them in achieving their set goals and growth ambitions. You will work in a goal-oriented way to achieve successes and reflect weekly with your Linkers on the results achieved and the progress of the campaigns.
As an account manager, you will also be responsible for retaining and renewing contracts. You know how to pick up signals for an upsell and strive to get the most out of the partnership.
This position will contribute to your professional and personal development. As an Account Manager, your network will grow significantly; you will learn to communicate with different types of organizations and think with them on a strategic level.
What we are looking for in our new colleague
- Minimum WO working and thinking level;
- Experience with account management is desired;
- You are eager to learn and have strong communication skills;
- You are available for 32 to 40 hours;
- 1 year experience in a similar position is a plus;
- You live in the Amsterdam area;
- Perfect command of the German and English (and preferably Dutch) language in word and writing.
